bigwim Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bigwim, an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bigwim.onl. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any product on the bigwim platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and bigwim. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the platform. If you are already registered and disagree with an updated version of the Terms, you must notify bigwim before continuing to use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all bigwim members in Pakistan. The platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is designed specifically for Pakistani players using local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast.

To register and use bigwim you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bigwim is strictly an 18+ platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a real individual person — registrations by automated systems, bots or on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details.
• You must not already hold an active bigwim account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from bigwim.

bigwim reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested time frame will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

Your bigwim account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bigwim strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other website or service. bigwim staff will never ask for your password — if anyone claiming to be from bigwim asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bigwim support immediately at [email protected]. bigwim will investigate but cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Keep your registered mobile number and email address current. Important account notifications, verification codes and withdrawal confirmations are sent to these contact details.
• Do not use VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your location when using bigwim.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact support promptly if you notice any transaction in your account history that you did not initiate.

All financial transactions at bigwim are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees and no hidden charges applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount processed to your payment method, subject to verification and VIP tier processing times.

Supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. Specific minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are displayed on the deposits page within your account.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your bigwim account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the sending bank. There is no deposit fee charged by bigwim, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal processing times are linked to your VIP tier. Bronze and Silver members receive standard processing of up to 48 hours. Gold members receive priority processing within 24 hours. Platinum and Diamond members receive fast-track processing, with Diamond members eligible for instant withdrawals back to their registered JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bigwim may request additional verification before approving large withdrawals. This is a standard security procedure and not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements first.
• If a deposit was made by a specific payment method, the first withdrawal of up to that deposit amount must be returned to the same payment method where technically possible.

bigwim offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The exact wagering requirement is stated in each offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games on bigwim contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live Casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate, such as 10% or 20%. Sports betting contributions are stated in the relevant offer. Game contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the offer. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot claim a second bonus until the first has been either completed or cancelled.
• Abuse and fraud: bigwim reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting or any other form of promotion manipulation is detected.

bigwim offers sports betting across Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Tests and ODIs), Football, Esports and other sports categories. All bets placed on bigwim are subject to the following general rules, plus any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed alongside each event.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation should be treated as unplaced. In-play bet acceptance is subject to odds availability at the time of submission.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on each market before you place your bet. bigwim reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual members based on betting patterns.
• Void bets: Bets are voided where an event is abandoned, cancelled or does not meet the minimum completion requirements to produce a result under the applicable rules. Voided bets are settled at PKR 0 (stake returned).
• Obvious pricing errors: Where a market is offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, bigwim reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled.
• Live betting: In-play bets are placed on markets that are moving in real time. bigwim uses automated systems to manage live odds and bet acceptance. Delays between clicking "Place Bet" and confirmation are normal and do not constitute acceptance at the odds displayed at click time unless confirmed.
• Match integrity: Any bet placed on an event where bigwim has grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised may be voided at bigwim's discretion. This includes events subject to investigation by sporting authorities.

Cricket-specific note: For PSL and international cricket matches, a minimum of the stated number of overs must be completed for over-related markets to stand. Full match result markets stand once the result is official under DLS or other applicable rules. Specific cricket market rules are displayed alongside each market.

Casino games and Bingo at bigwim are provided by third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the bigwim platform. Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules, which are accessible within the game itself. By playing any casino game or bingo room on bigwim you accept the rules of that game as published by the provider.

• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or bingo session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned. bigwim is not liable for any wins that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game rules. Any resulting win or loss will be applied to your account when you reconnect. bigwim is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection issues on your end.
• Bingo: Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets purchased for a bingo game are non-refundable once the game has begun. Room-specific rules are displayed before you purchase tickets.
• Maximum win limits: Some casino games and jackpots have maximum win caps as set by the game provider. These limits are displayed in the game rules and bigwim is not able to pay above the provider's stated maximum win.

The bigwim VIP programme rewards loyal members with loyalty points, cashback and exclusive benefits. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered members and does not require a separate application.

• Point earning: Loyalty points are earned at the rate of 1 point per PKR 10 wagered on any bigwim product. Points accumulate automatically and are used to determine your VIP tier.
• Tier thresholds: The five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each have a points threshold. Tier upgrades take effect within 24 hours of the relevant threshold being reached.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses across the previous Monday to Sunday period and credited to your account each Monday. Cashback rates are 0% at Bronze, 0% at Silver, 5% at Gold, 10% at Platinum and 15% at Diamond. Cashback is credited as real-money balance with no wagering requirement.
• Tier downgrade: Tiers are reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. If your accumulated points over the previous 90 days fall below your current tier's maintenance threshold, your tier will be adjusted downward at the next review date.
• Programme changes: bigwim reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefits with 14 days' notice to members. Changes will be communicated via registered email and announced on the platform.

The platform is designed as an entertainment service and should always be enjoyed within limits that are comfortable and sustainable for you personally. bigwim provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members free of charge and accessible directly from account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 48 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be reminded to take a break. The reminder cannot be dismissed without a mandatory pause.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, betting and play are paused for the remainder of the period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account and prevents re-registration. Temporary exclusions cannot be lifted before the chosen period ends.
• Reality checks: Enable time notifications that remind you how long you have been logged in and how much you have deposited or wagered in the current session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bigwim and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in bigwim's platform to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, arbitrage betting or matched betting using bonus funds in a coordinated way designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions via your payment provider.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to use your account.

bigwim monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, bigwim reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, void winnings, close the account permanently and report the matter to relevant financial institutions where applicable.

All content on the bigwim platform — including but not limited to the bigwim logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the property of bigwim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any bigwim content without express written permission. Using bigwim branding, logos or content in any external context — including social media, third-party websites or printed materials — without permission is strictly prohibited.

Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. bigwim does not grant any rights to third-party game content beyond what is necessary to play the games within the bigwim platform.

bigwim provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible.

• bigwim is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues on the member's side or force majeure events beyond bigwim's reasonable control.
• bigwim is not liable for losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• bigwim's maximum liability to any member in any calendar month is limited to the net deposits made by that member during the same calendar month.
• bigwim is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational damage claimed by a member.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bigwim may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via their registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bigwim platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor updates — such as corrections to typos, clarifications that do not alter member rights or obligations, or changes to contact details — may be made without prior notice and will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
